Jerry is executive director of Coin Center. He also serves as adjunct professor of law at George Mason University.
Jerry is the coauthor of Bitcoin: A Primer for Policymakers, as well as other scholarly works on the regulation of cryptocurrencies.
Jerry has over ten years’ experience in technology policy and he has testified twice before Congress on cryptocurrencies.
His op-eds have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and elsewhere.
